Our Executive Team has extensive experience across a range of sectors.
Stephen joined as Chief Executive Officer of Northgate Public Services in September 2016. He is responsible for the company’s overall strategic development, and has a considerable track record of growing and transforming businesses with particular expertise in software and services domains. He began his career in the British Army as a commissioned officer and studied electrical engineering at Cranfield University.
Alan O'Reilly is Chief Financial Officer for Northgate Public Services. He is responsible for providing financial and business leadership for the company and for helping to determine and deliver the company strategy. Alan joined NPS in November 2016 from GC Aesthetics and has extensive international experience in senior finance roles in software & technology companies in Asia, the United States, United Kingdom and Europe over a 15 year period across a range of growing businesses.
Ian Blackhurst is Executive Director for Solutions at Northgate Public Services. He is responsible for developing client solutions and for managing our large portfolio of software platforms and solutions. Ian previously worked at GEC-Marconi, Siemens, BAe Systems and blue 8 technologies in a variety of product development, sales and senior management roles.
Tina is Executive Director of Government and Housing at Northgate Public Services. Her team is responsible for developing solutions and delivering software and services into these sectors both in the UK and internationally. Tina has previously worked at Capita, Convergys, Cable and Wireless and Fujitsu Services in a variety of senior leadership roles across: BPO, sales, service delivery, product management and development within Europe, India and the Middle East.
Greg is Chief Operating Officer of Northgate Public Services. He is responsible for the company’s overall delivery governance, and has a long track record of ensuring the companies he has worked for deliver successful software and services solutions.
He started his career in the software industry at the age of 18 and has been dedicated to software and associated services delivery organisations since the age of 23.
Paul Broome is the Chief Technology Officer for Northgate Public Services. Paul is responsible for the digital innovation, development and delivery. Paul joined NPS in January 2017, bringing with him 40 years of digital experience. Paul has previously worked in senior digital roles in a number of companies , including Trust International, Oracle Retail, Torex, Guardian and Observer Newspaper Group and Barclays Bank.
Robyn Tolley is Executive Director for Services at Northgate Public Services. He is responsible for developing our service partnerships and services business, utilising our intellectual property and transformation capability to offer better services to our clients. Robyn has previously worked at Noemalife, Cerner and iSoft in a variety of senior management roles.
Ian Noble is Chief Processing Officer for Northgate Public Services. He is responsible for governance, policy implementation, business process change, acquisition and disposal activity and offshore business development. Ian has been with NPS for 16 years, having previously held senior roles within the NHS and banking sector.
Patrick Smith is Human Resources Director for Northgate Public Services and leads strategic change and business development projects. Adept at creating optimal people strategies, Patrick has extensive experience in business acquisition and restructuring, TUPE, HR shared services, and developing, mentoring and managing leadership teams. Prior to NPS, Patrick was a senior manager at PWC’s HR Consulting practice delivering strategic change programmes to both the public sector and international clients. He has over 22 years of HR and change management experience.
Rose-Marie is General Counsel for Northgate Public Services. She leads on all legal issues affecting the company. Rose-Marie has extensive experience and provides strategic advice covering corporate issues, risk, M&A, procurement, and dealing with customer and supplier negotiation and contracting. Rose-Marie joined Northgate Public Services in 2004. She has previously worked for Manchester Airport Plc and in private practice, her work spanning across both UK and international private and public sectors.
