Benefits Operations Manager
I started my journey with NPS 11 years ago as a Senior Benefits Assessor. I was soon promoted to Service Manager within several months and again promoted to Benefits Operations Manager within 9 years. I have gained so much experience from Northgate Public Services, and I thrive on new challenges. I have a very strong team of staff who have many years experience in this field, these are our best assets and we value them immensely. Revenues and Benefits is a fast moving area and I look forward to my Future with NPS.

I started my journey at NPS as a graduate in April 2013 working as a Regional Coordinator for the National Joint Registry (NJR) programme. NPS has been extremely supportive throughout the years, offering exceptional focus towards my professional development.
