I started my journey with NPS 11 years ago as a Senior Benefits Assessor.  I was soon promoted to Service Manager within several months and again promoted to Benefits Operations Manager within 9 years.  I have gained so much experience from Northgate Public Services, and I thrive on new challenges.  I have a very strong team of staff who have many years experience in this field, these are our best assets and we value them immensely.  Revenues and Benefits is a fast moving area and I look forward to my Future with NPS.

I started my journey at NPS as a graduate in April 2013 working as a Regional Coordinator for the National Joint Registry (NJR) programme. NPS has been extremely supportive throughout the years, offering exceptional focus towards my professional development. The holistic culture of NPS has led me to experience various job roles in different fields.
