Please join us at our free 'Digital World – Better Customer Engagement' roadshow to be held in London on Wednesday 9th December from 11am until 3pm at the National Council for Voluntary Organisations, Society Building, N1 9RL (an eight minute walk from King's Cross).

At the event we'll be showing how we help housing providers to stay focussed on their customers and deliver the best service at the least cost. But that’s not all.

Our guest speaker Philip Toni, Resources Director at Wolverhampton Homes, will be sharing how they have improved their customer engagement processes using digital technology.

With some fascinating insights, the speakers will discuss how they have found new and better ways to support their customers across their 23,000 homes, using a wide range of self-service options and an innovative approach to encourage better participation.

Northgate Public Services’ solutions enable you to offer your customers choice in how they communicate with you, and help you to generate valuable insights about your customers so that you can engage them more effectively. Find out more about our Housing solutions.

Follow the discussion on the event hashtag #npsengage15.
