Moving to the cloud

With old hardware impacting efficient working, and the need to reduce cost and provide better service availability, Walsall Council opted to make a move their revenues and benefits service to the cloud.

Walsall’s ambition is to move 50% of all notifications online, in order to cut out print and post. They chose NPS Citizen Access to achieve this.
