Our team spent two days (3rd – 4th October) this week at the national IRRV conference in Telford. Our team was made up of colleagues from Revenues and Benefits, Document Solutions and Processing Services.
Our stand was particularly busy on both days with the greatest interest in our self-service SaaS offerings: Citizen Access – Revenues and Citizen Access – Benefits.
We brought two demo pods with us and they were also in constant use both days to satisfy significant customer demand. The feedback we received on our products at the conference was very positive.
Our Document Solutions team was there to update customers on new solutions for I@W Enterprise:
- Email Connect (automating collection of email)
- Self-Scan Connect (letting the citizen scan their own information and upload straight into the back office)
- Universal Credit (supporting the national roll-out)
Processing Services colleagues had a number of very good conversations about services they provide, including Single Person Discount.

Success for our customers
The conference culminated in the IRRV Performance Awards where recognition goes to the best performing local authorities in the Revenues and Benefits areas.
Two of the most prestigious awards at the conference went to our customers who use our platforms to support their communities. Milton Keynes won the Revenues Team of the Year award and Cambridge City Council the Welfare Benefits Team of the Year. That’s fantastic news and shows what a difference we can make to our customers!
Milton Keynes Borough Council (Revenues Team of the Year)
Cambridge City Council (Welfare Benefits Team of the Year)
And that’s not all. Two more Revenues and Benefits customers were recognised for their good work. Bradford won Excellence in Counter Fraud award and Excellence in Innovation – Channel Shift went to Croydon.
Thank you so much to everyone who took part in the conference and congratulations to our teams who have helped our customers achieve their great success!
