Northgate appoints new Director of Operations

Matthew Bramwell has been appointed as Northgate Public Services’ new Director of Operations for IT and Health.

An experienced Operations Director with 25 years’ experience in the UK public and private sector, improving performance and efficiency, Matthew comes to Northgate from Serco, where he was latterly Regional Operations Director.

Having begun with Serco in 2004 as Client Account Director, Matthew held several roles while there, including responsibility for transforming the financial and operational performance of the teams.

His experience helping to deliver complex multi-service outsource solutions covering areas such as HR, Finance, Contact Centres, Adult Social Care and Children’s Services, will stand him in good stead in his new role with Northgate. Matthew has, over the years, worked with local authorities, health, the private sector and the third sector.
