Citizens can now respond faster with our new online portal – saving councils time and money
With the launch of our NEW online portal, our fully managed SPD service is now better than before at no additional cost to clients.
Supporting local authority digital schemes, we have enhanced our service to include an online return facility, available to the citizen. This allows citizens to respond, completing their declaration electronically using a secure interface.
The online portal is available to citizens 24 hours a day/365 days a year. Each individual will be given the website address and a unique access code, allowing the citizen to log on to the local authority branded page and update their details. The updated information then feeds in to the back office to be checked and processed.
The provision of the NEW online portal provides local authorities with an alternative response route, in addition to the more traditional email and telephone, supporting the channel shift agenda.
